Frequently Asked Questions

We typically set up between 7am and 10am and take down between 6pm and 9pm giving everyone an 8 hour slot (10am – 6pm) guaranteed. Due to scheduling drop offs and pick ups, some customers will get more than 8 hours at no extra cost to them. Make sure you are available to receive the inflatable between those times.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. Sandbags are an additional charge so we highly recommend setting up on grass whenever possible.

We highly recommend you call 811 before we set up so they can mark any pipes/cables. It is also important to point out where any sprinkler lines may be. By law we have to use 18 inch long stakes, which could pierce any pipe or cable not buried deep enough. While it is very uncommon, we still recommend it because you as the homeowner/renter assume all responsibility for unmarked pipes/cables.

Yes! We set up between 7am-10am and take down between 6pm-9pm to ensure you get your full 8 hours to play.

Yes, all orders require a 25% deposit up front to reserve the equipment and time slot.

The balance will automatically be billed 24 hours before your event.

Rentals are rented for an initial 8 hour period. After that initial period, they are rented in 24 hour increments.

To cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice must be given – at least 1 week prior to the start of your event. Cancellation of an event with less than 1 week notice forfeits the entire deposit. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice forfeits any refund. Postponement of an event with at least 1-week notice may entitle you to use all or part of your deposit towards a rescheduled event at our discretion within 1 calendar year of booking date. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement and is not valid on any major holiday.

Any cancellations due to rain or severe winds will be issued a rain check to be used within 12 months of the booking date. Chance of wind/rain will be handled on a case by case basis. Any rescheduled event is subject to availability of activities at the time of notification of postponement and is not valid on any major holiday.

Unfortunately we do not accept cash.

For the moment we tend to only do residential rentals but are always happy to discuss your specific situation.

Typically parks do not have electricity. If they don’t have electricity (within 100 feet of event), you would need to rent a generator.

It is your responsibility to contact the park and verify if they have electricity, rules about inflatables, and/or any insurance requirements.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.

Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Yes, but an extra delivery charge will apply and is subject to staff availability.
